Capability
We believe that there is a growing requirement for detailed structural engineering consultancy for timber and prefabricated buildings, bridging the gap between traditional consultancy and what is required for manufacturing and assembly for these buildings.
We are registered with the National Engineering Registration (NER), Engineers Australia (EA) and the Institute of Structural Engineers (IStructE) and have Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance for structural engineering services. We are registered with all states to provide structural engineering certification, including the DBP Act in NSW
We also believe that in order to provide the highest quality advice we should remain independent from any suppliers or fabricators. While we work with many of these businesses and understand their processes, we operate with the highest standards of integrity and will give our clients impartial advice on supply chain options.
Collaboration
Our business has collaboration built into its DNA. We have built strong relationships with highly-knowledgeable partners, both local and overseas, and can offer additional services to those listed here and offer local support on most states if required. Additional services provided have included: shop drawing, research and development, and support with volumetric modular design. We have strong contacts in many other technical disciplines, which can provide a lot of value, particularly in early stages of projects to establish the feasibility of timber solutions.
Please get in touch to learn more and how Arboralis can help leverage additional skills in modelling, fire, acoustics or strategy.
Impartiality
We have extensive contacts and experience with most timber suppliers, builders and associated product suppliers and this makes us an ideal partner for timber projects. We commit to providing impartial advice when it comes to the timber supply chain and will provide clear and un-biased guidance to our clients on potential opportunities for working with any partners through the delivery of your timber project. We understand that compared to other materials the timber supply chain has many unique characteristics and nuances that need to be considered during design and procurement and we are very well-equipped to navigate and advise on these issues.
